INSTALL ORDER
-------------

1. Install DE_Theater_Server_v3_Setup.exe on the primary theater control computer.
2. Start the Server Edition and activate the trial or purchased license.
3. Open Setup / Scan and configure the movie library, poster folder, and database location.
4. Run Fresh Scan for a new installation.
5. Test Start Display on the Server.
6. Install DE_Theater_Display_Client_Setup.exe only on additional display computers or mini-PCs.
7. Open each Display Client and connect/register it with the Server.
8. Approve each Client on the Server and assign it to a zone and target.
9. Start the Client display service and open the display window.
10. Test commands from the Server, Web Admin, or Live Dashboard.

IMPORTANT NOTES
---------------

- Do not install the Server Edition on every display computer.
- Use one Server as the main control computer.
- Use Display Client software on additional display endpoints.
- Wired Ethernet is recommended for commercial or multi-display deployments.
- Disable sleep mode on Server and Client PCs.
- If a browser or antivirus blocks the EXE download, download the ZIP version, extract it, and run the installer from the extracted folder.
- If a Client shows "not assigned," approve and assign it from the Server.
- If a phone or tablet cannot connect to local Web Admin, the router may be isolating Wi-Fi devices from wired computers. Use Live Dashboard access when configured.

Before requesting support, gather:

- Server version
- Display Client version
- Windows version
- Screenshot of the issue
- Whether the issue is on Server, Client, Web Admin, or Live Dashboard
- Recent scan report results if the issue involves missing movies or posters
